Complaints Procedure

Whilst all our staff and Doctors strive to give all our patients the best possible service on every contact with the practice, we appreciate that from time to time complaints arise and we will listen to rectify any problems we are made aware off.

How to complain

If you feel you need to complain about any service you received while in practice please telephone, write or call into the surgery and ask to speak with Nicole Keeling (Practice Manager).  Please see leaflet attached for the practice time scales in responding to your complaints, these leaflets and the practice complaints policy is available at reception should you need any more information. The leaflet also has a complaints/comments box to fill in if you have any issues or suggestions for the practice.
